Disclaimer

ReservationFlow is a software service provided by Pride of Design, a brand of Try Quantum OÜ (the legal entity that owns and operates the service), to pilates and yoga studios. This page sets out the terms on which the service is made available, both to studios that license it and to members who use it to book classes.

Service relationship

ReservationFlow is a tool that lets your studio offer class bookings on the web and in WhatsApp. The booking contract, including class fees, cancellation policy, refund rules and code of conduct, is between you and the studio you book with — not with Pride of Design. Where the studio's rules and this disclaimer differ, the studio's rules apply to the booking itself.

No medical advice

Pilates and yoga involve physical activity that may not be suitable for everyone. ReservationFlow does not provide medical, health, fitness or wellbeing advice. Before attending any class, consult your studio's onboarding guidance, your instructor, or a qualified medical professional if you have any concerns about your suitability for the activity.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ReservationFlow depends on third-party services including WhatsApp/Meta, your studio's booking CRM, internet connectivity and infrastructure providers. Outages or issues with those services may temporarily affect bookings. We do not guarantee that bookings, cancellations, waitlists or notifications will always succeed in real time.

If a booking action appears to have failed, please refresh the page or your WhatsApp chat and check again, or contact your studio. The studio's booking system remains the source of truth.

Acceptable use

By using ReservationFlow you agree not to:

• Book classes on behalf of someone without their consent.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or bypass access controls.
• Use the service to send spam, harass studios or members, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the software without written permission.

We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pride of Design and its providers exclude all warranties not expressly stated, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including missed classes, lost credits, lost income, or lost data, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

The ReservationFlow name, software, design and content are owned by Pride of Design or its licensors. Studios receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for the duration of their subscription. Members receive a limited licence to interact with the service to manage their own bookings.

Third-party trademarks

WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Other product names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners. References to third-party services are for identification only and do not imply endorsement.

Changes to these terms

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
